Procedure details

The program for treating office syndrome is a comprehensive service plan that combines various techniques by physiotherapists and uses Ultrasound technology to treat chronic muscle pain, especially in the neck, shoulder, hip and knee area.

*Please choose the pain level so the the physiotherapist calculate the number of shots required for the Ultrasound machine.

*Additional transportation costs may apply. For members, transportation is free throughout Bangkok.

Treatment Process

Personalized treatment plan for those that are suffering from office syndrome and muscle pain. Our comprehensive service plan is a combination of exercise, massage, hot compress, and ultrasound therapy to meet your specific needs.

1. Diagnosis: The Physiotherapist will perform a diagnosis to identify the medical problems that you are facing and provide personalized plan.

2. Massage therapy to help relax tense muscles and promote circulation. We offer hot compress treatments to ease discomfort in specific areas of the body,

3. Ultrasound machines can be used to target deep tissues and promote healing.

4. The physiotherapist will guide you through targeted stretching exercises, cardio activities so you can continue to perform at home for better mobility.

5. Follow-up: The doctor will follow up on the results of your treatment. It is recommened that you repeat the treatment 1-2 times per week for optimal results.

  • ควรขยับร่างกายให้ไม่อยู่ในท่าเดิมนานๆ
  • ควรพบแพทย์ตามนัดเพื่อประเมินผลการรักษา
