The program for treating office syndrome is a comprehensive service plan that combines various techniques by physiotherapists and uses Ultrasound technology to treat chronic muscle pain, especially in the neck, shoulder, hip and knee area.

1. Diagnosis: The Physiotherapist will perform a diagnosis to identify the medical problems that you are facing and provide personalized plan.

2. Massage therapy to help relax tense muscles and promote circulation. We offer hot compress treatments to ease discomfort in specific areas of the body,

3. Ultrasound machines can be used to target deep tissues and promote healing.

4. The physiotherapist will guide you through targeted stretching exercises, cardio activities so you can continue to perform at home for better mobility.

5. Follow-up: The doctor will follow up on the results of your treatment. It is recommened that you repeat the treatment 1-2 times per week for optimal results.

การเตรียมตัวก่อนรับบริการ

• หากกำลังรับประทานยาสลายลิ่มเลือด มีโรคประจำตัว หรือมีอาการแพ้ยา ควรแจ้งให้แพทย์หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ทราบก่อนรับบริการ
• นอนหลับพักผ่อนให้เพียงพออย่างน้อย 6-8 ชั่วโมง

การดูแลหลังรับบริการ

• ควรขยับร่างกายให้ไม่อยู่ในท่าเดิมนานๆ
• ควรพบแพทย์ตามนัดเพื่อประเมินผลการรักษา

ผลข้างเคียงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น

• อาการปวดชั่วคราว
• ผิวหนังแดง หรือรอยช้ำบริเวณที่ทำ
