Our Day Care service provides personalized care plans for individuals requiring home care such as bedridden patients and the elderly. Care Friend offers a range of services covering food and nutrition, personal hygiene, and rest and recovery. Our team is comprised of certified professionals dedicated to delivering compassionate and professional care to ensure clients' comfort, dignity, and peace of mind. You can choose desired care period, type of care professional and special care requests.

Procedure details

Our caregiving services include assisting with excretion, taking temperature and blood pressure readings, and helping with daily activities such as bathing, changing clothes, and personal grooming. Other services included are:

  • We engage with our elderly clients by conversing with them, reading books to them, listening to music, singing, and conducting basic physical therapy sessions.
  • We also offer off-site activities, such as taking walks in safe parks to change the atmosphere, with our staff accompanying clients as needed using our van.
  • Create customized food menus and prepare meals tailored to the nutritional and medical needs of our clients, including elderly individuals and those with specific health conditions. Our team ensures that all food is prepared in a clean and hygienic environment and freshly made for every meal, whether it's regular or blended food according to the client's recipe.
  • Carefully monitor our clients' symptoms on a daily basis and notify their relatives immediately in case of any misunderstanding.

Treatment Process

  1. Once you select a caregiver, they will visit the location you provided at the date and time you specified.
  2. The caregiver will offer basic checkup services and any special assistance that you requested.
  3. After completing the designated work period, the caregiver will depart and send you a digital report within a few hours.

Pre & Post Treatment

Before the caregiver arrives, we'll take a few steps to ensure that everything is in order.

1.We will send you an online form to fill out with patient details. This helps our caregivers prepare all the necessary equipment and supplies ahead of time.

2. Confirm payment details with you. If you paid by card, you'll receive a receipt automatically via email. If you paid via bank transfer, please send us a copy of your receipt via our LINE@ account.

2. The caregiver will contact you at the provided phone number to let you know when they've arrived at your location.

After the treatment, our caregiver will provide you with a detailed digital report that covers basic health metrics, general condition assessments, and suggestions for overall wellbeing. This report will be invaluable in helping you track your progress and maintain good health. Our caregiver will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the report or your ongoing care plan. We take pride in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, and we look forward to helping you achieve your health goals.

What to know

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Appointments and Reservations with Specific Timing:

Care Friend extends a 24-hour refund guarantee from the moment of booking or purchase. Should you wish to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a 100% refund in the form of "Cashback credit" credited to your Care Friend account. It is important to note that certain establishments may offer varying cancellation policies, such as 12-hour or 6-hour cancellation windows, which will be explicitly indicated on your booking confirmation page. Please be aware that we are unable to issue refunds for no-show appointments, whether you made an online payment or received cashback. To ensure the reimbursement of your funds, kindly make advance cancellations.

The refunded payment method is the same as the original payment method.

e-Vouchers and Deal Coupons:

For non-flash sale services, Care Friend provides a 7-day refund policy, commencing from the moment of your purchase. Within this 7-day timeframe, should you change your mind regarding your e-Voucher or deal coupon, we will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price exclusively in the form of Cashback. Once an e-Voucher or deal coupon has been redeemed or surpasses the 7-day refund policy, it becomes non-refundable. Please bear in mind that specific partners may have their own refund policies, which should be reviewed in the terms and conditions on their partner page before making a purchase.

*Flash sale and Buy Now Use Later services are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. (These services are non-refundable) *Expired e-Vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. (Expired e-Vouchers are non-refundable)

Care Friend Gift Card:

Care Friend Gift Cards come with a 7-day refund guarantee, which initiates one day after your purchase. If you experience a change of heart within this 7-day period, we will grant you a full 100% refund in the form of Cashback. However, once a Care Friend Gift Card has been redeemed, it becomes non-refundable. These Gift Cards remain valid for six months from the date of purchase, and they cannot be redeemed after the expiration date has passed.

Beyond the 7-day window, no cancellation or refunds can be requested.

Credit Card Installment Cancellation and Refund:

Services acquired through credit card installment payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. In the event of dissatisfaction with the services, Care Friend bears no responsibility for issuing refunds. Customers must directly request refunds from the respective merchants.

 

Refund process is as follow:

  1. Customer Request: Customer initiates a refund request, providing necessary details such as order number and reason for refund.

  2. Verification: Verify the request against the company's refund policy to ensure eligibility.

  3. Internal Review: Investigate the reason for the refund and determine if it aligns with company policies.

  4. Refund Decision: If eligible, decide on the refund method - whether crediting the original payment method or providing a store credit.

  5. Processing: Process the refund through the appropriate channels, either automated systems or manual coordination with finance.

  6. Notification: Notify the customer of the refund, specifying the amount, method, and expected timeline for completion.

  7. Follow-Up: Follow up with the customer to ensure they received the refund and address any additional concerns.

  8. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of the refund transaction for future reference and audit purposes.
