Senior Caregiver (Livein)

Responsibilities of caregiving services:

• Assisting patients/elderly in activities such as bathing, excretion, changing clothes, and accompanying them for medical appointments as scheduled, 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.

• Cleaning and maintaining patient's living space or care areas regularly and adhering to hygiene protocols.
  
• Providing laundry services and cleaning personal items for the patient only.

• Preparing and feeding normal meals for patients/elderly, and in cases where they cannot consume solid foods, providing liquid diets via feeding tubes.
  
• Promoting mental and physical wellbeing by engaging in conversation, playing games, or facilitating appropriate exercises such as yoga, basic physical therapy, etc.

1. The caregiver that you choose will visit provided location at the date and time you selected

2. They will provide basic checkup, caregiving services and any special request selected.

3. After they completed the work period you selected, they will leave and provide a digital report within a few hours.

• วางแผนเมนูอาหารและ จัดอาหารให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของร่างกาย หรือ ตามโรค หรือตามโรคของผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งจัดอาหารให้ สะอาด ถูกสุขอนามัย ทำใหม่ๆ ทุกมื้อ ทั้งอาหารธรรมดา อาหารปั่นตามสูตรที่ผู้สูงอายุทาน
• คอยสังเกตดูอาการของผู้ป่วยทุกวัน ในกรณีผิดสังเกตจะแจ้งให้ญาติทราบทันที

4.ส่งใบเสร็จยืนยันการชำระเงินให้แอดมินผ่าน Line@carefriend

• Caregivers will only prepare food for the elderly. The employer must provide food for the caregiver.
• If there is no food provided for the caregiver, the employer must provide a minimum of 120 baht/day for the caregiver.

**There is no service on Sundays. If the employer requires additional service on Sunday, a direct payment of 800-1,200 baht (depending on the monthly service rate) must be made to the caregiver.

เราจัดส่งผู้ดูแลและบริการที่คุณจองทันทีเมื่อได้รับการยืนยัน โดยแต่ล่ะบริการอาจจะมีกำหนดว่าต้องจองก่อนอย่างน้อย 10-24 ชั่วโมง

• คุณสามารถเลื่อนนัดได้โดยแจ้งผ่านไลน์ official @carefriend ก่อนวันนัดอย่างน้อย 3 วันทำการ และต้องรับบริการก่อนคูปองหมดอายุ
• สามารถซื้อแพ็กเกจให้คนอื่นได้ เพียงแจ้งชื่อผู้จะรับบริการให้แอดมินทราบ 
• สำหรับแพ็กเกจแบบคอร์ส (subscription) จะเริ่มนับจากครั้งแรกที่เริ่มใช้บริการและต้องใช้ให้หมดตามวันที่กำหนด
